To start having your recent comment, you must follow the steps below..Let's go for it........................

Step 1:

You must log in and go to your blog Dashboard.

Step 2:

You go to your Layout--Page Elements and click at the Add a Gadget.

Step 3:

At the Add a Gadget, you choose HTML/JavaScript.

Step 4:

Copy the code below and paste them on it(HTML/JavaScript box).
